From Lilienthal museum site:

Rebikov was the first in Russia to design a single-rotor helicopter with mechanical transmission. Over a lattice hull in which the pilot stood, rose on a vertical axis, the rotor screw, clamped up and down against the axis. He had designed a mechanism that cyclically beat the rotor up and down. This impact movement should increase the buoyancy. For maintaining the balance and the steering around the vertical axis Rebikov saw two acting to the longitudinal axis auxiliary rotors and at right angles to it before acting on the transverse axis propellers. They had their own drives.

  • That implies there's a British Patent GB-1906-6501. Indeed, the Russian surname "Ребиков", transliterated as "Rebicoff", turns up Patent GB-1906-6502, via Espacenet, Espacenet in this case basing database titular year on the year of application, with the viewable British original showing "6502". It is conceivable that a related Patent GB-1906-6501 was filed on the same day. Espacenet also yields inventor's given name "Wassily", as well as a modest wealth of the other filings of Vassily Rebikov.
  • Inventor location: Ivanovskaya No. 24, St. Petersburg, Russia

Initial attempts at searching VPTB turned up no results for Ребиков and this patent doesn't jump out from the lists of Rosenzweig, 1917, Systematic collection of patents issued in Russia. Per the numbering chart in Rosenzweig a patent filed in 1905 would have received a protection certificate with number ~25708–28315. It's possible this did occur and the patent wasn't granted.
