Alphonse Papin

Alphonse Papin was an aero inventor whom we have early on addressed at 48 Rue Voltaire, Levallois-Perret, Seine; France.[1]

We have him at the same location as a Civil Engineer.[2]

We have him later as an Engineer addressed at rue Condorcet, 9, Paris, Seine; France.[3] He engaged in substantial collaboration with Didier Rouilly. Papin engaged in some collaboration with others, aside from Rouilly, whether or not in the aeronautical field. He also did some solo filing, likewise not all specifically aeronautical.

Papin worked solo on the principles of propulsion relative to "fluids", on propellers not all explicitly aero-applicable. Indeed, he had even done some work with vacuum cleaners and with humidification and with dehumidification.[4] All of it has to do an orientation towards later aero-applicable aerodynamics.
