Guillermo Antonio Farini
Guillermo Antonio Farini was the pseudonym of William Leonard Hunt. Under this name, he was an aero inventor, who worked on parachutes, and filed patents in collaboration the British Thomas Scott Baldwin.[1] Hunt was Canadian, but lived and filed patents from several countries, including the U.S. and Britain. Since he did his aero work under the name Farini, which may have been his legal name at some point, we'll use that name for this page title.
The story is substantial. He may have legally changed his name to Farini. He called himself the Great Farini. He walked on a tightrope over Niagara Falls. Sources: [1], [2] [3], w:William Leonard Hunt, and [4]
He filed patents under the name Farini, but not under the name Hunt, giving a variety of addresses from various countries: [5], [6] [7], [8], [9]
