Hans von Sigsfeld
Rudolf Max Wilhelm Hans Bartsch von Sigsfeld (often written Siegsfeld) was a German inventor of the kite balloon who collaborated with August Riedinger and August von Parseval. He died in a balloon accident in 1902.[1]
