Isaac Francis Taylor was an aero inventor, whom we have barely entering our data, as an Engineer addressed at 5 Upland Road, East Dulwich, London, S.E. and filing in collaboration with Samuel Pick.[1]
O'Dell, 1994 discusses Taylor's case on page 129. In 1915 he promised an invention to take down aircraft for ground defense purposes, supposedly very effective, in response to Zeppelin raids, but it's not clear what he had in mind. The Admiralty made an agreement with him to pay him a lot if he did it. This person had 0 publications and 2 patents in this database.
