Louis Barthot (1862–1934) was a French politician involved in some aero organizations. In 1909 he was Minister of Public Works

He attended Le Banquet Wilbur Wright in November 1908.

In 1909 he organized an International Conference on aerial law in Paris.[1] (= International Legal Committee of Aviation)?

His brother, Léon Barthou, was active in the Aéro-Club de France.
