Louis Triboulet was an architect and aerial photographer. He was Secretary of the International Aeronautical Congress of 1900 and Secretary-General of the Permanent International Aeronautic Commission created by that Congress. He was also a Secretary-General and Vice President of the Société française de navigation aérienne, and Vice-President of the Société de topographie de France.[1][2]
According to Wilfrid de Fonvielle,[2] Triboulet worked with a Dagron, presumably the person described in Fonvielle, 1900, Nécrologie. M. Dagron.
