“On injecte vers la fin de la course du piston un supplément d’air, carburé ou non, injecté par une pompe, un ventilateur ou un compresseur, et pouvant être réglé de manière à compenser la décompression due à l’altitude. Le carburateur peut être renfermé dans une chambre close dans laquelle un compresseur d’air fournit l’air nécessaire au moteur à une pression déterminée.”

“One injects towards the end of the course of the pistin a supplement of air, vaporized (fuel) or otherwise, injected by a pump, a ventilator or a compressor, able to be reglulated in a manner so as to compensate the decompression due to the altitude. The carburetor can be closed in a chamber in which an air-compressor furnishes the air necessary to the motor at a determined pressure.”
