A reversible propeller. It has two arms (blades) extending from the peripheriphy of its hub. The centers of the blades longitudinally are in the same plane as the hub -- that is, the propeller's pretty flat. On each side of the hub is a lever controlling one blade. Some control mechanism controls the levers. So the blades might rotate at different speeds or in different directions. (Source: the claims page)
