Lil museum site does not give a patent number or country for this but gives the patent title "Flugapparat" and a description which when translated to English says:
It is a hang glider with wing propeller and propeller drive, combined with a parachute. Two wings were arranged in succession in the same plane as a tandem. In front and rear, there were triangular "parachute" surfaces ", the front plane and rigid in order to cut through the air." The two wings and the rear surface had a parachute fixed leading edge and a flexible trailing edge in order to obtain from the escaping air drive. Under the rear surface of a vertical chute for directing control was to the left and right. Between the two wings, the wing propellers were installed on the rear of the rear face also a propeller screw.
