Unlike the “velocipede”, the definition of which we explicate elsewhere, this invention is a per se human-powered flying bicycle. Of some conceptual note, it has the shape we would associate with the modern “10-speed”, for instance, as opposed to the shape of bicycles we may more conspicuously associate with the turn of the Twentieth Century.
