Legal citation before claims section: "(Ст. 20, п. 4 и ст. 22 Положеніа о прижилегіяхъ на нзобр. и осоверш.)." This citation is also found in Patent RU-1897-3845 whereas in later patents the analogous text cites the 1906 Russian industrial law. As the present patent was filed in 1903 and granted in 1907 we infer tentatively that the law begins to apply for new applications, not filings already in the pipeline.
Unlike Patent RU-1897-3845 this patent does have a protection certificate number printed on the final copy. (It's 20236, matching with the number ranges by year in the chart of Rosenzweig, 1917, Systematic collection of patents issued in Russia.)
