- The Ministry of the Interior has responded to your request of Nov. 10 J. after expert Exam decided to you on improvements to cutting machines with diameter disc a five-year patent under the conditions and effects which in the Most Highly Regulation from January 20, 1853, to give. However, it is assumed that [F the .... took .... the shredder back ... values to ..... improvements ....]
- The copy of the relevant document will be carried out as soon as the procedure laid down in the Ordinance of 26 January 1866 under 2 indicated cost amount of 20 [rl ......] - 60 M. in postage free [... will be]. Should not deposit within four weeks be effected, it will be assumed that Erdheilung of the patent has been waived.
