This invention has predominantly to do with river navigation. In terms of propulsion, there is quite a stretch between these "wheels" and what we know as propellers, "wheels with sails", and so forth, were to play a significant role in terms of aeronautic conceptualization as pertaining to LTA in the Late Nineteenth Century and very early 1900s.)
