This is an odd case. The introductory text is written as if in the first person, by the inventor, though the document heads with Arpad A. Kremer and Ladislaus von Keviczky being identified as Kardos' administrators, Kardos being deceased. 1/2 rights are assigned to A. J. Moisant, with the other 1/2 going presumably to his beneficiaries. All of this bears heavily upon the retrospective aspect of many original documents.
